We do not set analytics or marketing cookies on this site, and we do not buy, sell or trade personal information.
We use your contact details to reply to you, arrange demos, and follow up on conversations you started with us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our products, or your consent where you have asked us to keep in touch.
The site and our email run on established cloud providers, with data held in UK and EU regions. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.
We keep enquiry correspondence while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Server logs are retained briefly and rotate automatically.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@wefenapp.com and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If your organisation uses the Wefen application, we process scheduling data (staff names, working patterns, planned absence) on your organisation's behalf. Your employer decides what is recorded and remains the data controller for it; the agreement between your organisation and us governs that processing. In summary: the data is hosted in the UK (AWS London region), encrypted in transit and at rest, kept for the life of your organisation's contract plus 90 days and then deleted, and used for nothing except providing the service. The suppliers we rely on are listed on our security page.
We also hold app login details (your name and email address) to sign you in; these are removed when your account or your organisation's account is removed.
Questions or requests about scheduling data are best directed to your employer as the data controller; we assist them in responding. Anything else, contact hello@wefenapp.com.
